Talk:YAD
From YAD Wiki
I was happy to download it; Disappointed that some sort of "ltdl" (or something) was required, that I didn't have.
Checked through the source code, looked over the designs.
I love to see new dungeon games being made. :)
Look forward to seeing how this goes.

- ltdl /should/ come with libtool -- if you've got libtool, which is required for the compile, you shouldn't have a problem. -- Dustin Howett
Because I somehow can't find the talk page I'll make a comment here on the version numba thingy. I think you should go with 0.1.0 because of the script change thingy.

I had a few thoughts about some new stuff that could be added whenever you start working on this project again. DSollick 22:29, 28 August 2008 (PDT)
#These are just general ideas for the YAD project development #This would be a different program. #Name is just a possible idea <_< YEdit [Yad-Edit] WYSIWYG Editor for YAD Maps -Interface similar to Nano, with a bar at the bottom for objects, with a right-side interface like YAD for editing attributes? -Press a certain key and it inserts a specific object, and a part of the screen shows the attributes of the object? --Press an additional button and add certain commonly-used attributes? EG. Destroy object on #,#,<mapname>; etc. YAD -Pull back away from the left side of the map when having limited vision?
